Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic math skills
- Physical ability to mix hundreds of pounds of dough and form into loaves
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Intermediate product knowledge including knowledge of temperature, chemical reactions, and bakery products
- Basic understanding of the English language
- Passion for producing quality bakery products
- Positive attitude

- Possess basic math skills
- Physical ability to mix hundreds of pounds of dough and form into loaves
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Have intermediate product knowledge including knowledge of temperature, chemical reactions, and bakery products
- Basic understanding of the English language including the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules and signage
- Have a passion for putting out a great product consistently
- A positive attitude is essential
Job Duties
- Mix and prepare hundreds of hand-formed artisan breads each shift
- Prepping produce and deli products for bakery items
- Mixing and scaling ingredients
- Benching dough
- Loading carts and racks with product
- Lifting and stacking flour
- Operating all kitchen machinery including ovens, proofers, mixers and dough dividers
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment
- Assisting bakery clerks and providing world-class service to guests as needed
