- basic math skills
- physical ability to mix hundreds of pounds of dough and form into loaves
- ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- intermediate product knowledge including temperature, chemical reactions, and bakery products
- basic understanding of the English language, including communication and reading skills
- passion for putting out a great product consistently
