Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time

- Effective communication, guest service and selling skills
- Ability to read and understand information and direction
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests
- Maintain and deliver the Show aspect of the Bread Crumb by leading the ritual chopping, including music, physical actions, and engaging guests, both adults and children
- Actively engage guests through sampling
- Use the Bread Crumb bicycle/tricycle to engage in selling activities
- Prepare product for sale (baking, weighing, and pricing)
- Maintain product level, quality and freshness
- When requested perform clerk function of cake decorating
