- ability to lift over 20 lbs. repetitively and 55 lbs. occasionally
- ability to push and pull full racks of product up to 100 lbs.
- ability to learn and perform all bakery production positions
- capability to work in a fast-paced environment

- availability to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- excellent attendance and punctuality
- willingness to assist team members in other areas
- ability to maintain steady and productive work for extended periods

Job Duties
- ensuring proper weights and lengths of finished products
- performing and documenting quality inspections of finished product
- maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the baking production area
- assisting operators in daily production operations including setting up, proofing, and baking bread and rolls
- slicing bread
- operating ovens, proofers and bread slicers
- other duties as assigned
