Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 year experience in professional bread baking
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as a team player
- Excellent basic mathematical skills
- Must display the ethical and professional standards set forth by Tartine
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Must have valid Food Handlers Certificate
- Able to reach bend stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds or more

Job Duties
- Promote work and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Tartine
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of bread including components and fermentation
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a team-driven environment
- Establish and maintain a positive professional relationship with co-workers and customers
- Mix dough manage fermentation scale and shape and bake with deck oven experience
- Complete duties on schedule
- Maintain organized and clean workstations
