- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a bread maker or pizza maker
- Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language
- Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting objects up to 30 pounds

- Prior experience as a bread maker or pizza maker with detailed knowledge of bread making processes
- Ability to speak, read and understand English
- Knowledge of different types of breads, shapes, sizes and baking temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Job Duties
- Prepares bread, rolls, muffins, and biscuits according to company recipes
- Checks production schedule to define variety quantity of goods to bake
- Measures ingredients, using measuring cups spoons
- Mixes ingredients to form dough or batter by hand or using electric mixers
- Cuts dough into uniform portions with knife or divider, molds dough into loaves or desired shapes
- Adjusts drafts or thermostatic controls to regulate oven temperature
- Other duties and functions as assigned
