Job Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
  • Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
  • Availability to work varied schedules including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional early mornings or late nights
  • Minimum of 1 year cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent or above
  • 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building
  • Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners is an asset
  • Ability to motivate team members to accomplish goals or activities
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
  • Ability to plan and organize work efficiently
  • Collaborative team player with a learner mindset
  • Self-leadership and effective interactive communication skills

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy through community foundations and guest experience to life
  • Establish and manage local key relationships such as Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and lululemon Studio partner studios to increase new guest acquisition and guest retention
  • Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities and increase store standing as a community hub
  • Connect with guests on the floor to assess unique needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs for seamless guest experience
  • Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events
  • Execute product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors
  • Review community relevant business data and metrics to identify and share insights and recommendations with store leadership
  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences
