Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
  • Ability to maintain good coordination and physical endurance
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
  • Must be organized and able to multitask effectively
  • Willingness to comply with all company policies and state regulations
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
  • Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Competence in handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Familiarity with food safety and service standards

Job Duties

  • Serve menu items and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Assist in the maintenance of restaurant and equipment via opening and closing checklists
  • Ensure every guest interaction meets or exceeds company guest service standards
  • Create and promote a high-energy and engaging environment for team and guests
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members to foster a respectful workplace
  • Comply with state liquor laws and company policies regarding service of alcoholic beverages
  • Prepare guest checks and process credit card transactions according to cash handling procedures
