Job Requirements
- Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Knowledge of state liquor regulations
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain concentration while serving multiple guests
- Experience in a customer service role preferred

Job Duties
- Serve menu items and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant and equipment area via opening and closing checklists
- Direct, implement, and maintain company culture and philosophy for staff members
- Strive to create an operation that values company standards of guest service
- Ensure every point of contact with the guest meets or exceeds expectations
