Job Requirements

  • Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Knowledge of state liquor regulations
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain concentration while serving multiple guests
  • Experience in a customer service role preferred

Job Duties

  • Serve menu items and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant and equipment area via opening and closing checklists
  • Direct, implement, and maintain company culture and philosophy for staff members
  • Strive to create an operation that values company standards of guest service
  • Ensure every point of contact with the guest meets or exceeds expectations
  • Create a high-energy environment promoting engagement and enjoyment for team and guests
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members fostering an open and respectful work environment
