Job Duties
- Service of menu items and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Assist in maintenance of the restaurant and equipment area via opening and closing checklists
- Direct and maintain a philosophy congruent with the company’s culture
- Create an operation that values company standards of guest service
- Ensure every guest interaction meets or exceeds expectations to drive repeat business
- Communicate impactfully with management and team members
- Demonstrate competence in making effective decisions benefiting guests and team
- Prepare guest checks and process credit cards adhering to all cash handling and credit card procedures
