Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement for the service of alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to exert physical effort including lifting at least 30 lbs
  • Ability to maintain coordination and perform physical activities throughout the work area
  • Ability to think clearly and stay organized while serving multiple guests
  • Ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to maintaining company standards and policies
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a guest service or restaurant server role preferred
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverage offerings a plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Competence in handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to engage with guests and promote a positive dining experience
  • Understanding of state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service

Job Duties

  • Deliver service of menu items and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant and equipment area via opening and closing checklists
  • Direct, implement, and maintain a philosophy congruent with the company’s culture to guide staff
  • Ensure every guest interaction meets or exceeds expectations to drive repeat business
  • Create and contribute to a high-energy environment that promotes engagement for the team and guests
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members to foster an open and respectful work environment
  • Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, beverages, state liquor regulations, and company policies
  • Greet guests and take orders utilizing suggestive selling and upselling techniques
  • Prepare guest checks and process payments adhering to all cash handling procedures
