Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement for alcoholic beverage service

Job Duties

  • Provide courteous and efficient service of menu items and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Assist in maintaining the restaurant and equipment area via opening and closing checklists
  • Strive to create an operation that values company standards of guest service
  • Ensure every point of contact with the guest meets or exceeds expectations
  • Create and contribute to a high-energy environment that promotes engagement and enjoyment for team and guest
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members
  • Model and execute company practices throughout the operation
  • Demonstrate competence and confidence in making sound decisions
  • Ensure compliance with age and alcohol service regulations
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, prices, preparation methods, and presentation standards
  • Greet guests and utilize suggestive selling and upselling techniques
  • Prepare guest checks and process payments adhering to cash handling procedures
