Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience managing a restaurant or similar role
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • capability to manage financial aspects including budgeting and forecasting
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management and operations
  • strong staff training and team management skills
  • expertise in food service management and kitchen oversight
  • familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
  • background in food preparation and inventory control
  • experience in casual and fine dining environments
  • ability to supervise and interview staff effectively

Job Duties

  • Develop a clear plan for the restaurant that takes into account the market, local competitors, sales revenue, and expenses
  • aim to provide the best possible dining experience for all of our customers
  • examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company
  • build restaurant staff through recruiting, interviewing, and training food service professionals
  • maintain food and dining product inventories and make precise projections about future sales trends
  • hold team members accountable by conducting performance reviews with them and using performance management
  • work with sales team to plan and execute banquets and catering
