Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous kitchen experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- physical stamina
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
- knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- basic food safety knowledge
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items and specials according to company standards
- maintain organization of work areas and equipment
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- report directly to the Executive Chef
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure quality and timely food production
- follow health and safety guidelines
- assist with inventory management as needed
