Job Requirements
- Must reside within commutable distance of Waldorf, MD
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No immigration sponsorship available
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
- Ability to inspect client playgrounds by climbing and crawling
- Ability to bend, squat, and adjust movement
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must have documentation to fly including Real ID or other acceptable identification
- Pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks
- Ability to drive company-paid vehicle as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years of hospitality industry-related experience
- Current and valid driver's license with no restrictions
- Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Strong customer service and consultative skills
- Ability to work independently with good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in culinary, hospitality or business field is preferred
- Multilingual skills (Spanish and French preferred)
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
Job Duties
- Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training
- Develop and deliver presentations of assessment findings and recommendations to client leadership
- Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges
- Complete budgeted number of visits weekly while delivering exceptional client experience
- Utilize iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology for planning and job tasks
- Support company and client growth initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines during operational visits in diverse sectors
