Job Requirements
- 10+ years of multi-unit leadership in the QSR or hospitality industry
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large portfolios
- Proven people leader with a heart for mentorship and accountability
- Track record of scaling operations with integrity and care
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and track record
- Must be able to travel locally and long distances including air and overnight travel
- Must be able to work full-time with flexible hours including some nights and weekends
- Must be able to report to work timely as required by operational/business needs
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and submit to motor vehicle record check
- No conflicting business ownership interests
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods
- Must be able to read reports, emails, menu boards, receipts
- Must be able to use computers, telephones, and office equipment
Job Qualifications
