Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
  • preferably freshman or sophomore
  • accountability to own work and responsibilities
  • detail-oriented approach
  • self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • ability to communicate clearly
  • willingness to learn new tools
  • availability to start May 11, 2026
  • reside within commuting distance to Lincoln, Nebraska
  • comfortable working in a flexible on-site and remote environment

Job Duties

  • Support Hudl staff attending events
  • gain experience handling real-world situations such as troubleshooting, inventory management, and vendor coordination
  • own and manage the event calendar
  • communicate effectively with external partners and internal team members about event details
  • ensure events are executed smoothly and provide value to attendees
  • collaborate with team members to plan and implement event logistics
  • contribute ideas to improve event processes and outcomes
