Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university in good standing
  • Available to work 18 or more hours per week, primarily Thursday through Saturday afternoons and evenings
  • Outgoing and creative personality
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Highly organized
  • Knowledgeable about local campus culture and consumer trends
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Job Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an accredited university in good standing

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Well-connected within campus and community with knowledge of local venues and consumer trends
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of beer culture is a plus

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute local plans to showcase the beer brand near campus and in the community
  • Partner with local sales teams to identify opportunities for product placement, promotions, and events
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, bar staff, and consumers to create beer brand advocates
  • Support distribution efforts with branded materials and execute impactful promotional activations
  • Track progress toward monthly goals, manage budgets, and report weekly activity highlights
  • Stay culturally connected by spotting and setting trends to keep the beer brand top of mind in the market
  • Maintain professional communication and organization throughout all responsibilities
