Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years related experience or combination of education and experience
  • Franchise sales experience
  • Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Franchise sales experience
  • Ability to travel up to 75% with air and overnight travel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with franchise development or sales support roles
  • Proficiency in hosting webinars and coordinating events

Job Duties

  • Primary guide and host for the brand for all Discovery Day tours
  • Primary tradeshow representative and backup for all brand trade shows
  • Pass franchise leads to RVPs ensuring effective lead distribution
  • Call leads and cover sales through webinars for open and transition regions
  • Coordinate Charlie Calls
  • Monitor lead flow and advise Division DOS on lead sufficiency
  • Receive and review all Personal Profiles for the brand and suggest validation stores to RVP
  • Act as additional Franchise Development rep to pass qualified leads upon request
  • Pass profiles to RVP for direct contact as assigned
  • Organize and run Validator Webinars and calls
  • Handle inbound international franchise leads and pass to International RVP or Brand Sales Director
  • Train new RVPs on the brand and introduce them to stores
  • Visit franchisee stores while traveling
  • Conduct quarterly webinars with brokers to promote the brand
  • Ensure quality leads and correct brand presentation in Franchise Development
  • Collect and distribute franchisee success stories monthly
  • Act as tradeshow backup for IFE and industry shows
  • Review Butler Report and advise Division DOS
  • Regularly review lead flow and costs to maximize ROI
