Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • More than five years of related experience and/or training
  • Franchise sales experience
  • Ability to travel up to 75% including air and overnight travel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience in sales support and lead distribution
  • Comfortable with technology for webinars and virtual communications

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university
  • More than five years related experience and/or training
  • Franchise sales experience
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Proven communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with lead management and sales coordination
  • Proficiency in conducting webinars and virtual sales meetings
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with franchisees and sales teams

Job Duties

  • Primary guide/host for the Brand for all Discovery Day tours
  • Primary tradeshow representative for the Brand including backup duties
  • Point person with Franchise Development responsible for passing leads to RVPs
  • Calls leads and covers sales through webinars for open regions and regions in transition
  • Coordinates Charlie Calls
  • Analyzes Franchise Development lead flow and advises Division DOS
  • Reviews Personal Profiles submitted for the Brand and suggests validation stores to RVP
  • Acts as additional Franchise Development representative to pass qualified leads upon request
  • Passes profiles to RVP for direct contact as assigned
  • Organizes and runs Validator Webinars/Calls
  • Manages international lead inquiries and passes leads to International RVP or Brand Sales Director
  • Trains new RVPs about their brand and introduces them to store tours and resales
  • Visits franchisee stores during travel
  • Conducts quarterly webinars with Brokers to promote the brand
  • Ensures quality leads and brand representation within Franchise Development
  • Collects and distributes franchisee success stories monthly
  • Acts as tradeshow backup for IFE shows and industry events
  • Reviews Butler Report to monitor prospects and advises Division DOS
  • Reviews lead flow and costs to maximize opportunities and quality leads
