Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Franchise sales experience
  • Ability to travel up to 75% including air and overnight travel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with franchise development processes
  • Ability to lead webinars and coordinate events
  • Proven commitment to teamwork and collaboration

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university
  • Franchise sales experience
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time including air and overnight travel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in franchise development or sales support preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with diverse teams

Job Duties

  • Primary guide and host for the brand for all Discovery Day tours
  • Primary tradeshow representative and backup for the brand at all trade shows
  • Point person with Franchise Development for the brand responsible for passing leads to RVPs when pass percentage is low
  • Call leads and cover sales through webinars for open regions and regions in transition
  • Coordinate Charlie Calls
  • Monitor Franchise Development lead flow and advise Division DOS
  • Receive and review all Personal Profiles submitted for the brand and suggest validation stores
  • Pass qualified leads to areas needing additional lead flow upon request
  • Organize and run Validator Webinars and calls
  • Manage inbound international franchise inquiries and pass leads to appropriate international contacts
  • Train new RVPs about their brand and introduce them to stores and resales
  • Visit franchisees' stores during travel
  • Conduct quarterly webinars with brokers to promote the brand
  • Collect and distribute franchisee success stories monthly
  • Review Butler Report and advise Division DOS on strong prospects
  • Analyze Franchise Development lead flow and associated costs regularly to maximize quality leads
  • Act as tradeshow backup for key industry shows throughout the year
