- more than five years of related experience and/or training
- franchise sales experience
- ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- willingness to undertake air and overnight travel
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- experience with franchise development or sales
- proficiency in conducting webinars and coordinating group calls
- ability to analyze lead data and prepare reports
- comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary guide and host for Discovery Day tours
- act as the main tradeshow representative for all trade shows including backup
- manage lead flow and pass leads to Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs)
- conduct sales webinars for regions in transition
- coordinate Charlie Calls
- review and validate personal profiles submitted by potential franchisees
- organize and run Validator Webinars and calls
- represent the brand for international franchise development inquiries
- train new Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) about the brand
- introduce new RVPs to tours and resales within their regions
- visit franchisee stores during travel
- conduct quarterly webinars with brokers to promote the brand
- collaborate within Franchise Development to ensure quality lead distribution and brand presentation
- collect and share franchisee success stories with corporate staff and the CEO's office
- perform tradeshow backup at industry events
- review and analyze Butler Reports to monitor prospects and advise leaders
- evaluate and optimize Franchise Development lead flow and associated costs
