Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 or more years of experience in marketing sales or event promotions
- 1 or more years of experience in a public-facing event role
- 1 or more years of experience in the legal cannabis industry
- 1 or more years of experience in customer service
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to travel up to 100 percent of the time
- Flexible availability including weekends afternoons and evenings
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products
- Exceptional communication skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years experience in marketing sales or event promotions with a proven track record
- Minimum 1 year experience in a public-facing event role demonstrating effective customer interaction skills
- At least 1 year experience within the legal cannabis industry with cannabis event experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products their effects chemistry and market trends
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated sales acumen with ability to engage consumers and budtenders
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Suite and social media platforms
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Dependability with strong work ethic punctuality and reliability
Job Duties
- Conduct in-store services including event demos trainings and Patient Appreciation Days at client dispensaries
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product line to effectively communicate its benefits to dispensary staff and consumers
- Capture high-quality video and photo content during events to enhance social media presence and engagement
- Drive product sales during demos through direct education of budtenders and customers
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure proper product placement in dispensary accounts
- Lead budtender training sessions to increase product knowledge and administer assessments as needed
- Process invoices track accruals and prepare monthly reports for the marketing team
- Monitor store traffic collect feedback and gather market intelligence to inform marketing strategies
- Plan and execute events aligning with brand objectives ensuring seamless execution
- Ensure marketing materials such as point-of-sale items and collateral are available and up to date
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional requests and strategies from management
