Job Requirements

Some high school education
Prefer some operations experience
Local or municipal food safety certifications such as Food Handler or ServSafe acquired at own expense
Embody Focus's mission, values, culture, and environment
Ability to consistently apply cash handling policy and procedures
Reliable and dependable attendance
Ability to perform all front of house duties
Understanding of proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals

Job Qualifications

Some high school education
Prefer some operations experience
Basic understanding of all operations practices and concepts including store opening and closing
Knowledge of cash handling policy and procedures
Knowledge of steam table operations, serving protocols, and menu
Ability to perform all front of house duties
Understanding of work and food safety requirements
Ability to learn basic cooking such as chow mein and rice
Ability to embrace change and continuous learning
