Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • equivalent experience accepted
  • ability to work nights and weekends
  • personable and outgoing demeanor
  • excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
  • valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • CRM experience a plus

Job Duties

  • Execute 1-2 hour activations in assigned accounts
  • be knowledgeable of products and account offerings
  • arrive early and introduce yourself to account management
  • bring promotional tools to events such as giveaways and games
  • interact with patrons professionally and encourage brand purchases
  • encourage participation in promotional activities
  • communicate with sales management and team members to coordinate activations
  • maintain records with photographic documentation
  • provide weekly recaps of promotional activities to management
  • adhere to all federal, state, and local laws regarding alcohol sales and sampling
