Job Requirements
- 1+ years sales and/or food/beverage industry experience
- 4 year bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously
- Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently
- Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point-of-sale frequently

Job Duties
- Execute internal sales objectives and improve account conditions using BBC systems and selling process
- Learn and be proficient in beer industry knowledge, brewing, and BBC product styles
- Execute impactful promotions for accounts in the On Premise (bars/restaurants) and Off Premise (grocery and liquor stores), sampling events, and festivals
- Improve conditions and merchandise accounts by building displays, resetting coolers and displaying point of sale items to increase visibility of our brands
- Conduct waitstaff and bartender education sessions to drive brand awareness and volume in accounts
- Farm existing business in top on and off premise accounts to grow depletions
- Build strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers
