Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal drinking age (21+)
  • Two years of beverage company and/or distributor experience
  • Valid/current driver’s license
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and home internet
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Personal smartphone for communication and field reporting
  • Able to work 40+ hours including nights and weekends
  • Experience in event production and management of Brand Ambassador teams
  • Ability to lift 40lbs
  • Willingness to travel for mandatory training
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in the alcohol or beverage industry
  • Experience working in agencies, retail, CPG or CE environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to grow and develop a team
  • Knowledge of local alcohol beverage laws
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Must reside in the market for the duration of the program

Job Qualifications

  • Must be of legal drinking age (21+)

  • Driving is an essential function of this job with a valid/current driver’s license
  • Must have access to reliable transportation
  • Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and home internet access
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Personal smartphone with ability to communicate and report while in the field
  • Available to work 40+ hours per week including nights and weekends
  • Prior experience with event production and management of Brand Ambassador teams preferred
  • Ability to lift 40lbs
  • Must be able to travel for mandatory training at program launch
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Organizational skills to meet weekly deadlines
  • Willing to live in the market for the full duration of the program
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in alcohol or beverage industry preferred
  • Experience in agency, retail, CPG or CE environment

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive activation strategies to achieve sales and brand objectives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local wholesaler
  • Sell in brand programming to key accounts
  • Lead the planning and execution of brand activations, special events, sponsorships, and promotions
  • Manage all aspects of Brand Ambassador team including recruitment, training, scheduling, weekly event execution, and reporting
  • Provide guidance and support to Brand Ambassador team to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Manage local assets ensuring Brand Ambassadors are equipped with merchandise and materials needed to execute sampling events
  • Responsible for activation recaps, metrics, and overall event success
  • Manage local budget and budget reporting/reconciliation
  • Perform pre-calls and checklists in preparation for sampling events
  • Monitor event execution ensuring all key brand KPIs are achieved
  • Submit program deliverables accurately and on time each week including expense reporting, weekly recaps, BA survey audits, and time sheet approvals
  • Maintain knowledge of local nightlife/events and local alcohol beverage laws
  • Assist in analysis of sales and market/territory data for consultation or correction of under-performing accounts
  • Manage events in person
