Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Must be fluent in English
- Willingness to undergo periodic retraining
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Must support and practice safe work behavior
- Ability to handle occasional workload fluctuations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience
- Proficient with using computer software: Windows, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers
- Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language
- Proficiency in iQuote, Lotus Notes and CRM is highly desired
- Ability to learn and stay current with job requirements through retraining every 3-5 years
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Some creativity to generate solutions or improve effectiveness
- Ability to work independently within defined objectives
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Job Duties
- Greets customers and visitors and directs them accordingly
- Answers phones promptly
- Takes and delivers messages to appropriate person
- Coordinates all phone functions, maintenance, repairs, etc.
- Distributes incoming mail to all departments
- Collects/prepares outgoing mail for all departments
- Maintains office equipment and paper supplies
- Coordinates repairs as needed
- Orders all office supplies
- Distributes all purchase orders (POs) and statements to the appropriate departments
- Provides administrative support to Sales Coordinators including filing, email, scanning and other sales related duties
- Trains with sales coordinators
- Maintains monthly sales report to send Thank You letters
- Makes necessary hotel and travel arrangements for division and vendor personnel
- Acts as Human Resource Liaison for the branch
- Performs other duties as assigned
