Job Duties
- Delivering exceptional personalized service to clients to ensure they feel understood and informed
- Supporting client accounts by managing administrative tasks and facilitating communication
- Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
- Actively listening for client needs that may indicate opportunities for additional services
- Driving marketing activities including planning and executing client events
- Collaborating closely with financial advisors and other team members to ensure seamless client service
- Maintaining accurate and organized client records and documentation
