Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree preferred
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Superb communication and phone skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be well-organized
  • Ability to learn various computer software programs
  • Ability to multitask multiple projects at once
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Must have knowledge of secretarial and office administrative procedures
  • Knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
  • Generally acquired through 2 or more years related experience

Job Qualifications

  • Experience related directly or indirectly to the mortgage industry
  • Superb communication and phone skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Well-organized
  • Ability to learn various software programs
  • Ability to multitask
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of secretarial and office administrative procedures
  • Experience using standard office equipment
  • Generally 2 or more years of related experience

Job Duties

  • Place calls to referral partners and follow up regularly
  • Plan and coordinate events
  • Manage social media with VP of Marketing approval
  • Maintain database and work with CRM software
  • Set up appointments
  • Conduct client follow-ups post-closing and send thank you cards
  • Send weekly email blasts and forward leads to appropriate team members
  • Assist with client gifts and birthday programs
  • Coordinate lunch and learn sessions
  • Assist with marketing materials
  • Perform administrative tasks such as completing forms and setting up spreadsheets
  • Make calls as requested
  • Other duties as assigned
