Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors as required
- At least one year business management degree with rental experience or 3-4 years rental industry experience
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent leadership abilities

- Understanding of P&L and financial controls
- Experience in outside sales or negotiation
- Knowledge of construction or industrial markets is helpful

Job Duties
- Have overall responsibility for rental center business performance
- Lead sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics operations
- Achieve financial and performance goals including P&L management
- Coordinate operational and financial reporting functions
- Build and develop a success-driven team
- Negotiate and influence customers effectively
- Manage daily branch activities to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
