Job Requirements

- Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or marketing
- Experience in real estate or mortgage industry preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work successfully under deadlines and in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute branch-level events designed to attract and engage local realtors, drive referral relationships and business growth
- Collaborate with branch managers and lenders to design event topics and presentations showcasing timely mortgage industry insights
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, scheduling, invitations, and RSVPs
- Support lenders in crafting and delivering professional, informative presentations aligned with current market conditions
- Gather and analyze post-event feedback from attendees and internal teams to improve event quality and realtor engagement
- Take initiative and multitask efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
