The Branch Customer Service Representative role at AAA The Auto Club Group provides an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or advance their career within a stable yet dynamic organization. Representatives play a key role as the face of the branch, tasked with promoting ACG’s various products and services, including memberships, travel packages such as car rentals, hotel stays, basic tours, and certain banking products. They also provide essential support in insurance sales and customer service, helping to retain and grow The Auto Club Group’s extensive member base.
This role involves direct interaction with members and customers by greeting and servicing their needs, delivering sales and support services, generating leads, and updating members on current travel and insurance promotions. Representatives are responsible for processing payments, balancing cash drawers, and handling customer inquiries with professionalism and attentiveness. They also provide administrative support during peak times and participate in outbound promotional calls to boost sales of insurance and travel products. The position demands strong multitasking skills, the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation for the Branch Customer Service Representative ranges from $19.00 to $21.50 per hour, depending on experience. The Auto Club Group also offers additional performance-based incentives and annual bonus potential. - Prior experience in a customer service role
