Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and community events
  • Reliable attendance
  • Consent to background and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Promote and sell membership, travel, insurance, and banking products
  • Generate leads and update members on specials and promotions
  • Process payments and balance cash drawer
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Provide administrative support to sales staff during peak times
  • Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products
