- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and community events
- Reliable attendance
- Consent to background and drug screening

Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Promote and sell membership, travel, insurance, and banking products
- Generate leads and update members on specials and promotions
- Process payments and balance cash drawer
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Provide administrative support to sales staff during peak times
- Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products
