Job Requirements
- Active US DOT and MC numbers
- previous home delivery (white glove) experience
- previous furniture delivery and installation experience
- availability of a 26-foot box truck
- truck equipped with liftgate preferred
- ability to operate independently as an established contractor
- compliance with insurance requirements
- ability to work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays
- capacity to service routes within a 250-mile radius
Job Qualifications
- Active US DOT and MC authority
- prior experience in home delivery and white glove services
- experience in furniture delivery and installation
- ability to operate a 26-foot box truck
- excellent customer service skills
- strong time management and organizational skills
- valid driver's license compatible with delivery vehicle requirements
Job Duties
- Deliver and install furniture, appliances, and exercise equipment in customer homes
- manage and maintain timely and accurate route schedules
- provide white glove home delivery services including careful handling and installation
- communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- maintain compliance with DOT and MC regulations
- coordinate with J.B. Hunt logistics team for route and delivery updates
- ensure vehicle is properly equipped and maintained for delivery tasks
