Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and DOT card
- Ability to operate 26-foot box trucks
- Experience with loading and unloading freight
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, dollies, and liftgates
- Strong attention to safety and traffic laws
- Dependability and punctuality
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday
- Must wear uniform and adhere to company policies
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- DOT card
- Experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles
- Ability to load and unload freight using pallet jacks and dollies
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills
Job Duties
- Pick up items from various company dock locations and deliver to other dock locations primarily in Ohio and nearby states
- Load and unload the box truck safely using pallet jacks, dollies, and liftgates when required
- Ensure all items are accounted for and secured properly with ties and straps
- Operate company-provided 26-foot box trucks in compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy with customers and colleagues at all times
- Keep the truck organized and equipment well-maintained
- Record and report delivery information accurately and promptly
