Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 12 months prior delivery driver experience
- valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or applicable driver’s license as required
- ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- clean criminal background
- clean motor vehicle record
- current or obtain DOT medical card prior to employment
- pass pre-employment drug screening
- availability to work early morning hours including some Saturdays
- comfort using technology including mobile apps and tablets
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months experience operating a box truck and making deliveries
- ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and safely
- insightful and relevant customer service skills
- self-motivated with a passion for positive impact
- clean background and motor vehicle record
- current DOT medical card or ability to obtain
- ability to pass pre-employment drug test
Job Duties
- Own and facilitate an amazing customer experience
- operate all equipment in a safe manner
- obey all traffic laws and customer requirements
- utilize proper PPE and lifting techniques
- follow daily route with timeliness
- maintain accuracy of product delivered
- perform daily deliveries including some Saturdays
- provide safe operation of delivery and loading equipment
- provide on-time delivery of fresh produce
- assist in solving customer concerns and build relationships
- contribute positively to company culture
