Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional, enthusiastic, and accurate with numbers and details
- Flexible, positive attitude with ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
- Experience with Tessitura a plus
- Enthusiasm to contribute to a work environment that strives for diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Some evenings and weekends required during performance weeks

Job Duties
- Process subscriptions, exchanges, tickets, comps, group sales, refunds, donations, and gift cards using Tessitura
- Balance and reconcile sales/exchange activities daily
- Receive and respond to inbound calls, messages, and emails with high customer service
- Stay organized and informed on Box Office policies and Boston Ballet information to respond to inquiries
- Work at the theatre during performance weeks to process sales, distribute tickets, and resolve customer issues
- Perform administrative tasks such as dispensing tickets in person and by mail, packaging subscriptions, and filing orders accurately
