Job Requirements

  • At least two years supervisory experience overseeing 10 or more employees
  • ability to type and keyboard
  • ability to handle large amounts of cash and make change
  • good communication skills including reading, writing and speaking English
  • ability to work well with people and maintain excellent rapport
  • ability to function in a busy environment with multiple interruptions
  • capacity to succeed under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Combination/applicable education and experience providing consistent and excellent customer service
  • at least two years of supervisory experience overseeing 10 or more employees
  • ability to type and keyboard proficiently
  • experience in handling large amounts of cash and cash-management controls
  • strong communication skills including the ability to read, write and speak clearly in English
  • proficiency in computer literacy
  • ability to work well with people and build excellent rapport
  • ability to succeed under pressure and in a busy environment
  • detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
  • expertise with spreadsheet software preferred
  • customer service experience preferred
  • box office experience preferred
  • expertise with Ticketmaster platform preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversees box office operations
  • completes report reconciliation for ticket sales and daily activity
  • provides daily reports to promoters and staff
  • researches and maintains event files and ticket inventories
  • builds seating configurations in coordination with event staff
  • schedules ticket sellers and manages ticket distribution
  • processes promoter and complimentary ticket requests
  • handles cash management including cash banks and reconciliation
  • responds to customer concerns and complaints effectively
  • supervises and trains box office staff
  • communicates regularly with Ticketmaster and internal departments
  • secures work area before departure
