Job Duties

  • Supervises box office staff
  • oversees box office operations
  • completes report reconciliation for ticket sales and daily activity reports
  • provides daily reports to event promoters and staff
  • researches and maintains event files
  • builds seating configurations
  • manages ticket inventory and event creation in the ticketing system
  • schedules ticket sellers
  • oversees ticket dispensing and promoter requests
  • manages cash banks and reconciles cash receipts
  • responds to customer concerns and complaints
  • trains and supervises departmental staff
  • secures work area before departure
