Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- for Food & Beverage Managers: leadership, staff management, and scheduling experience
- for Box Office / Front of House: cash handling and POS experience
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to engage with guests effectively
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- excellent hospitality and customer service mindset
- comfortable working outdoors in a festival environment
- ability to remain calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Previous box office, ticketing, or front-of-house experience
- experience in customer-facing roles in hospitality, entertainment, or events
- familiarity with food service or cash handling
- knowledge of theater, resort, or children’s entertainment environments
- lifeguard or conflict management background
- strong communication and guest engagement skills
- comfortable with public speaking and interacting with diverse groups
- proficiency with POS systems such as Toast and Square
Job Duties
- Sell tickets for various events and attractions
- provide excellent customer service to guests purchasing tickets
- operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- assist guests with inquiries regarding events, seating, and ticket availability
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the ticket sales area
- upsell additional services or packages to enhance the guest experience
- support front-of-house operations and guest flow management
- assist with supervising staff and handling guest concerns (Food & Beverage Managers)
