Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • for Food & Beverage Managers: leadership, staff management, and scheduling experience
  • for Box Office / Front of House: cash handling and POS experience
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • ability to engage with guests effectively
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • excellent hospitality and customer service mindset
  • comfortable working outdoors in a festival environment
  • ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Previous box office, ticketing, or front-of-house experience
  • experience in customer-facing roles in hospitality, entertainment, or events
  • familiarity with food service or cash handling
  • knowledge of theater, resort, or children’s entertainment environments
  • lifeguard or conflict management background
  • strong communication and guest engagement skills
  • comfortable with public speaking and interacting with diverse groups
  • proficiency with POS systems such as Toast and Square

Job Duties

  • Sell tickets for various events and attractions
  • provide excellent customer service to guests purchasing tickets
  • operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
  • assist guests with inquiries regarding events, seating, and ticket availability
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the ticket sales area
  • upsell additional services or packages to enhance the guest experience
  • support front-of-house operations and guest flow management
  • assist with supervising staff and handling guest concerns (Food & Beverage Managers)
