Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and engage participants
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Basic knowledge of safety procedures and first aid
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Experience in customer service or entertainment roles
Previous experience with laser tag or similar recreational activities
Certification in first aid and CPR
Ability to lead groups and manage team dynamics
Familiarity with electronic game equipment and troubleshooting

Job Duties

Welcome and check in guests for their bowling adventure
Provide shoes, balls, and instructions with a smile
Troubleshoot minor lane issues with ease
Keep the lanes and seating areas clean and inviting
