Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
  • Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess an Alcohol Awareness card
  • Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant and/or cocktail experience preferred but not required
  • Candidate must be able to deal with customers and co-workers in a tactful and respectful manner
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate
  • Attend meetings to be informed of new rules, regulations, and procedures and to discuss scheduling and/or other concerns of GSR and the department
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with guests, team members, and supervisors
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both in written and oral form
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Alcohol Awareness card required
  • Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification
  • Ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Excellent time management, problem solving, and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Provide proper and professional food and cocktail service to all bowling guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction
  • Ensure that GSR's guests receive a quality product and good service
  • Promote and document orders for food and drinks, reciting selections of all Crossfire Bar and Grill products, enter the order into a POS, properly garnish and deliver to guests in a timely manner
  • Always maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment including removing empty glasses/bottles, emptying garbage, sweeping/mopping floors, scrubbing/sanitizing equipment
  • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of server station daily, before, after and during shift
  • Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
  • Interact with co-workers and customers in a professional and polite manner
