Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to deal with customers and co-workers in a tactful and respectful manner
Minimum age of 21 years
Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
Alcohol Awareness card required
Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certifications
Ability to interpret and follow instructions in various forms
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Maintain physical stamina and mental attitude to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Job Qualifications

Previous restaurant and/or cocktail experience preferred but not required
Ability to deal with customers and co-workers in a tactful and respectful manner
Minimum age of 21 years
Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
Attend meetings to stay informed of new rules, regulations, and procedures
High school diploma or GED preferred
Alcohol Awareness card required
Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certifications
Excellent communication skills in written and oral forms
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Effective presentation and response skills
Good time management, problem solving, and organizational skills

Job Duties

Provide proper and professional food and cocktail service to all bowling guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner
Ensure guests receive quality product and good service
Promote and document orders for food and drinks
Recite selections of all Crossfire Bar and Grill products
Enter orders into POS
Properly garnish and deliver orders to guests promptly
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment including removing empty glasses and bottles, emptying garbage, sweeping and mopping floors, scrubbing and sanitizing equipment
Maintain proper and adequate set-up of server station daily, before, after and during shift
Listen and respond to guest inquiries with a positive and clear speaking voice
Interact with co-workers and customers professionally and politely
