Job Duties
- upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- welcome and engage with guests as a fun ambassador
- promote and recommend activities based on guests' needs and activity availability
- troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls
- issue and clean bowling shoes
- maintain shoe organization
- escort guests to their lanes and assist with lane setup and ball selection
- ensure guests adhere to bowling safety standards
- process payment transactions
- maintain a clean and organized bowl desk and lanes
- complete side duties
