Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- welcoming and engaging with all guests as an ambassador of fun
- promoting and recommending activities based on guest needs and activity availability
- troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
- issuing and cleaning bowling shoes and maintaining shoe organization
- escorting guests to their lane and assisting with lane setup and ball selection
- ensuring guests adhere to all bowling safety standards
- processing payment transactions and welcoming guests back
- maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes and completing side duties
