Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- welcoming and engaging with all guests as an ambassador of fun
- promoting and recommending activities based on guest needs and availability
- troubleshooting and resolving lane malfunctions
- issuing and cleaning bowling shoes while maintaining shoe organization
- escorting guests to their lanes and assisting with lane setup and ball selection
- ensuring guests adhere to all bowling safety standards
- processing payment transactions and welcoming guests back
- maintaining a clean and organized bowl desk and lanes
- completing side duties as assigned
