Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcoming and engaging with all guests while promoting a fun atmosphere
- Recommending activities based on guest needs and availability
- Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunctions
- Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes and maintaining shoe organization
- Escorting guests to their lanes and assisting with lane setup and ball selection
- Ensuring guests adhere to bowling safety standards
- Processing payment transactions and welcoming guests back
- Maintaining a clean and organized bowl desk or lanes and completing side duties
