Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcome and engage with all guests while being a fun ambassador
- Promoting and recommending activities based on a guests needs and activity availability
- Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
- Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes
- Maintaining shoe organization
- Escorting guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane setup and ball selection
- Ensuring guests adhere to all bowling safety standards
- Processing payment transactions and welcoming our guests back
- Maintaining a clean and organized bowl desk and lanes
- Completing side duties
