Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- welcoming and engaging with guests while promoting fun
- recommending activities based on guest needs and availability
- troubleshooting and handling lane malfunctions
- issuing and cleaning bowling shoes and maintaining shoe organization
- escorting guests to lanes and assisting with lane setup and ball selection
- ensuring guests adhere to bowling safety standards
- processing payment transactions and welcoming guests back
- maintaining a clean and organized bowl desk and lanes, completing side duties
